Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade, undiluted
  • 2 c. cranberry juice cocktail drink
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle 7-Up

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 cups of water and dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in it.
  2. Add the remaining 3 cups of water and stir until the Jell-O is fully dissolved.
  3. Mix the undiluted frozen lemonade with the cranberry juice cocktail.
  4. Pour the lemonade and cranberry mixture into a freezer bag and freeze until slushy, a few hours before serving.
  5. Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer and let it sit until slushy enough to serve.
  6. Just before serving, add the 7-Up and sherbet to the slushy mixture and stir gently.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing raspberry dessert.
