Red Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large boxes strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix red food coloring and sugar.
  2. Mix vanilla, milk, Jell-O, coconut and pecans.
  3. Chill for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll in red sugar.
  6. Makes 100 to 125.
