Ingredients

  • 2 qt. apple cider
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. red hots
  • orange slice
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 tsp. whole allspice
  • 1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wrap
  2. the cloves, allspice and cinnamon in cheesecloth. Put all ingredients in a pot or large percolator.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
