Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes apricot jello
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans apricot nectar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Boil apricot nectar.
  2. Add apricot jello; stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a mold; set in the refrigerator.
  4. Spoon sour cream over the set jello layer.
  5. Add evaporated milk to the remaining jello mixture; stir well.
  6. Pour the remaining jello mixture onto the sour cream layer.
  7. Refrigerate until fully set and enjoy.
