Rice Pudding (Custard)

Instructions
- Mix the rice and raisins in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
- Mix the other ingredients and pour over the top of the rice and raisins.
- Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes and in a 375° oven for the rest of the baking time (about 1 hour total).
- Test like custard with a knife for doneness.
