Rice Pudding For Microwave

Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • salt
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Microwave first 3 ingredients 5 to 6 minutes, until rice is tender.
  2. Standing time:
  3. 5 minutes, covered.
  4. Mix rest of ingredients.
  5. Add to cooked rice.
  6. Microwave 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
  8. Add some Cool Whip to garnish.
