Roasted Cauliflower Linguine

Ingredients

  • 4 strip bacon
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 12 oz. linguine
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. drained capers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place bacon, then cauliflower, in large jelly-roll pan; roast 35 minutes or until browned.
  2. Cook linguine as label directs.
  3. Drain.
  4. Toss in pot with tomatoes, capers, bacon, and cauliflower.
