Roasted Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli florets, stems removed
  • 2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a terra cotta baking dish.
  2. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
  3. Broccoli should be served while still firm.
