Ingredients

  • 24 oz. raw peanuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

Instructions

  1. Combine raw peanuts, sugar, water, and maple flavoring in a saucepan and boil until the water is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  2. Spread the mixture on a greased cookie sheet with low sides.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, stirring twice during baking and salting as desired.
