- 1. Preheat broiler
- 2. cut tomatillos in half and place cut-side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 8-10 minutes
- 3. Place tomatillos in blender/food-processor. Add onion and garlic and process until combined. Add cilantro, jalapeno and salt and process until fully combined.
- 4. Taste and add salt if necessary.
