Ingredients

  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Toss pecan halves in a bowl with oil until well coated.
  2. Spread the coated pecans on a cookie sheet.
  3. Sprinkle salt to taste over the pecans.
  4. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes, checking until they are a little brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
