Ingredients

  • 6 c. black-eyed peas, cooked
  • 1/4 c. white onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
  • Italian dressing to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine black-eyed peas, onion, green onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
  2. Add dressing and toss. Do not add salt or pepper.
