Ingredients

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 clementine wedges
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces fresh tangerine juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the clementine wedges.
  2. Add ice, the tangerine and lime juices and the Simple Syrup.
  3. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Stir in the club soda.
