Rose Hip Jam

Instructions
- Simmer rose hips in water in a covered saucepan.
- Put cooked pulp in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add sugar and allspice. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Mixture will thicken more after cooled.
- Pour into jars.
- Seal with paraffin.
