- For the rosemary syrup, in a small pot combine the sugar, water, and rosemary. Bring to a boil and let the mixture boil until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool. Once cooled, strain the syrup and discard the rosemary.
- In a large pitcher, combine the rosemary syrup with the lime juice and 5 cups of water. Stir until completely blended. Chill until ready to serve.
