Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. Crisco
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • fruit

Instructions

  1. Blend, then add 1 egg.
  2. Put fruit in bottom of dish.
  3. Use peaches or blueberries, etc.
  4. Pat with butter.
  5. Put topping on. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.
