Rum Custard Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. rum

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, combine eggs, brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Add rum.
  4. Pour into serving dishes and chill.
