Ingredients

  • 6 T Wine vinegar (red or white)
  • 2 t Sugar
  • 2 t Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 t Dry mustard (english)
  • 1 ea Garlic clove finely minced (more if you like garlic)
  • 1/2 t Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 t Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 2/3 C Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Put first seven (7) ingredients in a small jar, shaking well. Add oil and shake well.
