Salmon Salad Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can smoked salmon, drained
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together drained salmon, celery, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Use spread on bread or crackers or use to stuff tomatoes or celery.
  4. Makes 2 large sandwiches.
