Instructions
- Mix salt and water in pan.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is well heated.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cornstarch and water.
- Mix hard.
- This will make a thick dough. Add food coloring if desired (or it can be left white and painted later).
- Store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
