Ingredients
Instructions
- Strip and clean kale.
- Steam until very tender.
- In saucepan saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomato sauce and water. (Can add a little red wine.)
- Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Add kale; simmer a little longer.
