Sausage Throw-Together

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. your favorite sausage
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • salt and pepper (optional)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in large skillet.
  2. Add bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise; stir well.
  3. Cover; cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Okay to add up to 1 cup water for extra gravy.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
