Instructions
- Brown sausage in large skillet.
- Add bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise; stir well.
- Cover; cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Okay to add up to 1 cup water for extra gravy.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
