Sauteed Roma Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 pint Roma or cherry tomatoes
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
  3. Be careful that skins do not burst.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Use as a garnish or complement to other side dishes.
