Scalloped Potatoes And Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 20 lbs. potatoes, cooked, then sliced
  • 8 lbs. hamburger, fried with 3 or possibly 4 onions

Instructions

  1. Fold in saucepan and bring to a boil: 5 cans cream of mushroom soup 10 cans lowfat milk 2 cans condensed lowfat milk Salt & pepper to suit taste 1 pkg.
  2. taco seasoning 2 lbs.
  3. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm.
  4. pcs
  5. Use an electric roaster.
  6. Arrange in 2 or possibly 3 layers.
  7. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, hamburger and cheese layers.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  9. Serves 100 people.
