Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 sections Hasu, sliced into 1/4-inch thickness
  • 1 lb. hamburger or ground chicken
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto (optional)
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of mix on each slice of Hasu
  2. and
  3. flatten.
  4. Dip in flour, then egg and fry in oil until brown.
