Instructions
- Rinse scallops well and place in pan.
- Combine next 4 ingredients and mix.
- Brush scallops with the mixture.
- Broil at 425° for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Turn scallops. Brush with remaining sauce.
- Broil 10 minutes longer or until well browned.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
- Serves 6.
