Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, sliced
  • 3 qt. broccoli florets, parboiled, cooled
  • 1/4 cup Cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Stir in garlic; cook 15 sec.
  3. Add broccoli and water; cover.
  4. Cook until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in seasonings.
