Ingredients

  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) vodka
  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) sake
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Pour the vodka, sake, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously!
  3. Garnish the rim of a martini glass with 1 raspberry and drop a mint leaf into the glass.
  4. Pour through a cocktail strainer into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
