Instructions
- Put sesame seeds in electric blender or nut grinder and grind until smooth and lump free.
- Transfer to small bowl, and add lemon juice, vegetable oil, and water; mix to a smooth paste.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- To serve tahini, mound on a small plate and drizzle with olive oil.
- It can be used as a spread for crackers or a dip for raw vegetables.
- Covered and refrigerated, tahini keeps well for several months.
