Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Healthy Choice smoked sausage
  • 3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 large handful fresh green beans, washed and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in skillet and cover.
  2. Cook over medium heat until desired tenderness (about 30 minutes).
  3. Delicious and easy!
