Shrimp Russe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic

Instructions

  1. Clean the shrimp totally.
  2. Saute in butter or margarine.
  3. Pour the milk slowly.
  4. Add the ketchup to give it color.
  5. Add garlic. Cook for no more than 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon along with white rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
