Shrimp/Fish Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. shrimp/fish
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 T. generous pour honey
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp. curry

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce mixture.
  2. Add shrimp/ fish
  3. Marinade minimum 1/2 hour
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. Add shrimp to frying pan and cook 6-8 minutes turning frequently.
  6. Skewer and put on grill.
