- Prepare each jello layer by dissolving one small package of jello in 1 cup boiling water, then adding 1/2 cup cold water, and chilling until partially set.
- Repeat the process for lime, orange, lemon, and cherry jello layers, allowing each to set slightly before adding the next.
- Once all jello layers are set, mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
- Dissolve Knox gelatine in a small amount of hot water as directed and add to the sour cream mixture.
- Combine milk with the sour cream mixture and gelatine, then pour over the layered jello in a mold.
- Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
