Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients (except for the anko).
- Strain the mixture (Step 1) into a microwave-safe container.
- Microwave for 5 minutes at 500 to 600W.
- When slightly cooled down, slice into desired shapes (dampen your knife if it's hard to cut) to finish.
- Top with anko if you'd like.
