Ingredients

  • 40 grams White flour
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 150 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except for the anko).
  2. Strain the mixture (Step 1) into a microwave-safe container.
  3. Microwave for 5 minutes at 500 to 600W.
  4. When slightly cooled down, slice into desired shapes (dampen your knife if it's hard to cut) to finish.
  5. Top with anko if you'd like.
