Simple Roasted Carrots

Instructions
- Heat oven to 475 degrees.
- In shallow baking dish, toss carrots with oil and salt.
- Roast 12 minutes, then shake pan to toss.
- Roast another 8 minutes, shaking pan once or twice, until brown and tender.
- Serve hot.
