Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with mixed herbs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven, turning regularly, until crispy and golden, about 45 minutes.
