Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatoes, Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 Leaves Fresh Basil, Julienne

Instructions

  1. 1. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate.
  2. 2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (to your liking), drizzle with oil and vinegar, then top with fresh basil.
  3. Optional: Top with mozzarella for a caprese! Enjoy this salad, just in time for BBQs and warm summer picnics!
