Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all into batter.
  2. Use a paper funnel and pour into hot oil in swirling design.
  3. Turn only once; place on paper towels.
  4. While hot, dust with powdered sugar.
