Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) carton lo-cal cottage cheese
  • 1 small pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed, drained, unsweetened pineapple

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle dry jello over cottage cheese; mix well.
  2. Add pineapple and whipped topping; mix well.
  3. Place in refrigerator and chill 2 hours.
  4. Makes nine 1/2-cup servings (71 calories).
