Smashed Cherry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 5 bing or brandied cherries
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 cherries, 3 lemon wedges and the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice and the vodka and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Stir in the soda.
  5. Garnish with the last cherry and lemon wedge.
