Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thinly sliced red snapper
  • 1 mango julienned
  • 1 tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1/4 onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place snapper in mixing bowl
  2. add fresh juices - season with salt
  3. Marinate for 2 minutes
  4. Add remaining ingredients
