"Some" Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 half breasts of chicken, skin on and boned
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce or 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot or apricot-pineapple jam

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a pan, side by side.
  2. Mix the Russian dressing, soup mix and cranberry sauce or jam.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken.
  4. Bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. If doubling for a large group, cook about 10 extra minutes.
