Spa Camomile Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups water
  • 1 12 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 teabags camomile tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick, small
  • 1 clove (I sometimes leave this out)

Instructions

  1. Combine the water and apple juice in a small pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the camomile tea, cinnamon, clove and ginger.
  4. Let simmer gently for 10 minutes to infuse flavours.
  5. Strain into a heated teapot and serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with the orange slices.
