Instructions
- Make tea in advance adding the boiling water to the tea and mint flakes.
- Allow to cool, then chill.
- Just before serving, strain tea into a tall, chilled pitcher.
- Add the sodas.
- Stir to mix and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
