Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients but chicken in a zip-top plastic bag; add chicken.
  2. Marinate 15-30 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on broiler pan; discard marinade.
  4. Broil approximately 8 minutes per side, until cooked through.
