- Heat oven to 180C and spray a small ovenproof dish with cooking spray
- Line dish with your tortilla, then add in your salsa
- make a little well in the centre and crack your egg in there.
- Add a little salt and pepper on top.
- Bake until the egg is to your liking (soft to hard) 10-15 minutes or maybe even 20 minutes, if like me you take the ingredients straight out if the fridge and don't heat the oven enough because it's so quick to prepare!
