- Lightly coat a frying pan with oil. Sweat onion over medium heat for 5 mins, until softened. Add garlic and chili. Cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook for 5-7 mins, until heated through.
- Serve flatbread topped with beans and sprinkled with parsley.
