Spicy Bean Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 None small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 None chili, finely chopped
  • 3 None medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • None None Turkish flatbread, toasted
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a frying pan with oil. Sweat onion over medium heat for 5 mins, until softened. Add garlic and chili. Cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook for 5-7 mins, until heated through.
  2. Serve flatbread topped with beans and sprinkled with parsley.
