Spicy Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine barbecue sauce, juice, sugar and ginger.
  3. Place chicken in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is fork-tender, brushing occasionally with sauce mix last 15 minutes.
