Spicy Pears

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled, halved and cored
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover pan and simmer pears about 20 minutes or until they are tender.
  3. Serve pears warm or chilled.
  4. Serves 4.
