Spicy Taters are crispy, flavorful potato wedges seasoned with a spicy Mrs. Dash blend. Perfect as a snack or side dish, they cater to those who love bold flavors and a bit of heat. Easy to prepare in the microwave, making them quick and convenient for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges, leaving skins on.
  2. Pour enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. Place the potato wedges in the casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning.
  5. Cover the dish with wax paper.
  6. Microwave on High for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn the dish and stir the taters a couple of times while cooking.
  8. If you like it more spicy, sprinkle on additional seasoning.
  9. When time is up, let the potatoes set for 5 minutes.
